Our group trauma therapy sessions bring together individuals who’ve experienced similar struggles: PTSD counseling, work-related trauma counseling, relational trauma, or loss and grief.
Led by trauma-informed clinicians, our groups are built on safety, empathy, and understanding, not judgment. You’ll learn to regulate your emotions, communicate more openly, and draw strength from shared recovery.
We’ve seen powerful transformations happen here, firefighters learning to sleep again, nurses rediscovering compassion, professionals finally feeling calm in their own skin.
Group sessions are available as part of our intensive trauma recovery program or as a standalone option for ongoing support.
